2. Can I stay anonymous?
Everyone in NetSkool, including students and instructors,
are anonymous through the use of nicknames. Only the network administrator
knows the participants true identities to ensure the complete
privacy of both experts and students.
To ensure your privacy, please do not post personal
information in the questions or notes. To submit the price for your
question, use our online form. To update your contact information
in your profile, log onto NetSkool.
3. How much and How do I pay for a question?
The student states the price he or she is willing
to pay for each question, such that there is no sticker shock for
the student.

With your credit or debit card, the convenience of sending money
is only a phone call away.

Once
you send a money order, please email payment with your
full name, Exact amount transferred, City, State where you
sent the money from and the Transaction/Confirmation

4. How do I post a question
on NetSkool?
Click on Post Questions, pick a category,
type in your question, upload your Word and/or Excel document (if
any), type in the due date, type in how much you are willing to
pay for the question, and then enter user information. Once you
click on Post A Question button, the process is complete.
We will look over the questions to determine if we can help you.
If an expert is willing to do your problem for the price and deadline
you set, we will e-mail payment instructions to you. We accept major
credit cards through PayPal, which other online services including
ebay also have used to accept payments. After we have received your
payment, we will e-mail or fax the complete solutions to you within
the deadline.
5. What if I pay and my question
does not get answered?
You pay only when an instructor is willing to take
up your request to solve your problem. If no instructor is willing
to take up your question, we will notify you and you pay nothing.
If an expert is willing to do your problem, we will e-mail or fax
the solutions to you within the deadline.
In the extremely rare
case in which an instructor takes up a bid to solve your problem
and subsequently could not solve it by the deadline, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Depending on the particular case, we will either get an extension from you for more time or process any partial/full
credit depending on the given situation and your satisfaction.
This credit can be used upto 2 years and you can give us the question ID when claiming it or just call us and give us your email and we will find your credit number and amount.
6. How long does it take for my question to get
answered?
The experts will answer your question within
the deadline you specified.
In the extremely rare case in which an instructor takes up a bid to solve your problem and subsequently could not solve it by the deadline, we will notify you as soon as possible. Depending on the particular case, we will either get an extension from you for more time or process any partial/full refund depending on the given situation and your satisfaction.

8. What if I do not like the Expert?
